Pets allowed with breed restrictions. Two pet maximum. Monthly pet rent applies: $50 for first pet and $25 for second pet. Proof of rabies vaccination is required as well as proof of breed from veterinarian paperwork.

Minimum rent qualifications are:
1. Income must be three times the monthly rent
2. Must have positive references from past landlords
3. No prior evictions
4. Must pass credit check and criminal background screening

$50 nonrefundable application fee per adult. All adults must apply separately. Apartments are rented on a first approved basis.

Due once approved:
Security deposit $950.
First full month's rent due before lease begins.
12 month lease required.
