Minimum rent qualifications are:
1. Income must be three times the monthly rent
2. Must have positive references from past landlords
3. No prior evictions
4. Must pass credit check and criminal background screening

$50 nonrefundable application fee per adult. All adults must apply separately. Apartments are rented on a first approved basis.

Due once approved:
Security deposit $950.
First full month's rent due before lease begins.
