Once you prequalify, you are welcome to apply through our website. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per adult. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is due once application is approved. The first full month’s rent is due by the lease beginning date. Renters insurance is a requirement to live at this property. A 12 month lease would be the first lease term.
